What development methodologies do you follow?
We follow the Agile approach — it helps us stay flexible, deliver results fast, and adapt to changing business priorities. Depending on the project stage and goals, we apply Scrum or Kanban frameworks.

| We usually start projects with Scrum: • Work in 2-week sprints • Each sprint ending with a demo • Every task is tracked on a shared project board (Linear, Trello, Jira, etc.) so clients can see priorities, progress, and upcoming work in real time • The board resets after each sprint to plan the next one • This approach helps to keep the scope under control, ensure steady progress, and improve after every sprint | Once the product is live, we often switch to Kanban: • Work organized as a continuous flow, no fixed sprints • Tasks are added and prioritized at any time • Focus on speed and responsiveness to user feedback • The board stays ongoing and cumulative, showing what’s in progress, next, or already shipped • This format helps reduce delivery time and keep a smooth release flow |
