Plexor is an AI-powered video intelligence solution designed to help retail stores reduce theft, enhance employee efficiency and security, and drive profitability. By leveraging real-time video analysis from store cameras, it provides actionable insights that improve overall store operations.

After a negative experience with their previous development team, a retail client approached Paralect to rebuild their AI theft detection app and prepare a working AI video intelligence solution based on top-notch AI technologies.

This project provided great hands-on experience for the Paralect team, as we worked with cutting-edge AI technologies such as YOLO, Qwen, OpenCV, Roboflow, several versions of OpenAI, and Google Colab. After six months of development, an MVP for web & mobile was launched for store testing, supporting various locations and camera setups for further trials.
