We'll help you achieve the next major milestone for your startup: hitting fundraising round, releasing a new product or feature in time, scaling your product to onboard more customers.

The price of a full product team is $9,000/bi-weekly on average (or $18k/month).

Usually we start engagement from a smaller team of product manager + developer to align on the scope. Before the first iteration we normally build a prototype along with our proposal.

Note: the pricing can differ for specific project requirements, but the table from above should give a good idea of average amounts that we charge for our services.

Work is planned in iterations

Iteration is a 2-week sprints that we use to plan and monitor the team work.

In the end of each iteration there is a demo of all the tasks that was delivered during the 2-weeks. The release to live environment is normally also happens in the end of iteration, but additional releases can happen as soon as work is ready to demo customers.

Product manager prepares the scope for the next 2-weeks by the end of each iteration.

Iteration scope is not fixed

Due to the fast-pacing nature of startups we don't commit to a specific bunch of tasks planned for the iteration. It’s normal to change priorities in the midst of work as the new information becomes available or some events happen. Paralect team is communicating daily to transparently show the progress and blockers as they appear. Usually planning get more settled after few iterations.

Billing

We bill rather per iteration or monthly.

On fixed project pricing

If you have really good understanding of what is needed to be built we can discuss fixed project pricing, however we prefer not to. Startups priorities are normally changing daily, so it’s impossible to plan several months of work ahead. Uncertainty increases as more time is spent without user feedback.

MVP timeline

We aim to release MVPs as fast as we can and stimulate you to focus on only super essential functionality to launch your product ASAP. MVPs normally takes 3 to 4 iterations to build. If you’re willing to release a small scope, it can take as few as 1 or 2 iterations (up to 1 month).

We also build comprehensive dev prototypes in days, so you can show demos to your customers and investors early.
