Before we fixed positioning, every sales call opened with the prospect trying
to work out what category we were even in. We spent the first 10 minutes
explaining, and they spent it guessing. After, they opened by telling us
which tool they were planning to replace with us. Nothing about the product
changed in between. The only thing that changed was which comparison we
handed them first.
