Embeddable Chatbot Builder
Build an MVP of a real product
Build an app that allows users to upload their company docs and knowledge and turn it into a chatbot. Chatbot is available inside the app as a chatgpt-like chat interface and also as an embeddable widget, so customers can embed this widget to their websites (so their users can ask questions).
Implement pricing for the app and billing flow (use stripe test account and credentials or just mock billing). Come up with pricing and gated features, whatever makes sense.
Treat the demo app as a real product MVP ready to launch and served to real users, even though there is no live payments on it.
Add anything else on top of these requirements (like specific niche you like or features that make the product useful), but keep the app meaningful and usable.
Suggested Stack:
- Supabase for storing data, user auth and vector search
- Any AI API for serving chatbot (ChatGPT/Gemini or other)
Deliverables:
- Landing page showcasing the product features and pricing
- Web app implementing the features above
- Presentation: rather video demo with screenshare and voiceover (preferred) or a written tutorial with screenshots
Criteria on the demo project check:
- No useless features, focused scope
- Descriptive landing page, showcasing product just enough so users want to test it out
- Functioning app and working features
- Attention to detail (copywriting, design, feel, functionality)
